  • When Panic Attacks — David D. Burns. Despite the title, this is a broader CBT-oriented book about anxiety, worry and fears.

  • Mastery of Your Anxiety and Panic: Workbook — David H. Barlow & Michelle G. Craske. A structured CBT workbook specifically for panic and agoraphobia.
  • DARE — Barry McDonagh. A more accessible, conversational approach to responding differently to anxiety and panic sensations.

  • Say Good Night to Insomnia — Gregg D. Jacobs. A practical CBT-I program for changing the habits and thought patterns that perpetuate insomnia.
