Therapy for Anxiety, OCD, Panic & Perfectionism

About

Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Somatic Therapist. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism.

I believe people have a natural capacity for healing and change. Sometimes that sense of knowing gets harder to access when life feels overwhelming, painful, or disconnected. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and somatic lens. This means we pay attention not just to thoughts, but also to emotions, nervous system patterns, body experiences, and the ways your life experiences have shaped how you move through the world. In our work together, I try to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, compassionate, and grounded.

My hope is to create a space where you can be yourself without having to hold it all together. Together, we can explore what is keeping you feeling stuck and begin creating more space for self-trust, flexibility, and meaningful change.

Areas I work with

  • Generalized anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • OCD
  • Social anxiety
  • Perfectionism

Approach

Somatic therapy is an important part of my work. Anxiety isn't only something we experience in our thoughts. It can also show up in the body, emotions, and nervous system. We may slow down and become curious about what you are noticing internally, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your experiences rather than feeling like you have to push them away.

I want to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and work collaboratively to create more flexibility in how you respond. We may explore anxious thoughts, protective patterns, emotions, body experiences, and the beliefs you have developed about yourself and the world.

I also believe the therapeutic relationship matters. I want therapy to feel collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental, a place where you can bring the parts of yourself that may feel difficult to understand or share elsewhere.

My role is to offer clinical insight, tools, and support while also helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. We will work together to find an approach that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
