Anxiety, Burnout & Relationship Therapy for Adults

About

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it shows up as overthinking, self-criticism, difficulty switching off, relationship strain, or feeling burned out even when life may look successful from the outside.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, career stress and burnout, relationship and family concerns, depression, life transitions, and men’s issues. Many of my clients are professionals who are looking not only for relief from symptoms, but also for a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

My goal is to provide a space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and grounded while helping you move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Areas I work with

  • Generalized anxiety
  • OCD
  • Phobias
  • Stress
  • Burnout

Approach

My style is collaborative, warm, and practical. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

Depending on what you need, our work may involve understanding underlying emotional and relationship patterns while also developing practical tools for managing anxious thoughts, regulating emotions, communicating more effectively, and navigating difficult decisions. I believe therapy works best when it is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all.
