About

Hi! I’m Kalisha, but you can call me Kali.

I’m a Pasadena native, therapist, nature lover, dog mom, and plant nerd. I’ve always been someone who finds a lot of meaning in helping people feel a little more at ease—and creating spaces where people can simply be themselves.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, overly clinical, or like you have to show up with everything figured out. Sometimes life just feels like a lot. You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find your way forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you’re not broken—you may just need the right tools, support, and space to reconnect with yourself. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, mindfulness-based, and other approaches to meet you where you are.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more equipped to navigate life.

Approach

Life, trauma, and everyday responsibilities can sometimes get in the way of the peace we deserve. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make room for healing.

I value long-term therapy because, like any kind of healing, it takes time. Not every session has to be groundbreaking. Sometimes, the most important thing is simply showing up for yourself week after week.

Therapy is time you’re choosing to give to yourself. Your job is to show up, be honest, and give yourself permission to take the time you need. The rest? Leave that to me. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, understood, and at peace.
